Camera
Camera permission lets ARStain show a live view with augmented-reality Birds and Cars. Camera and AR processing take place on the device; ARStain does not record or upload camera images or video to the developer.
Photos and drawings
Drawing takes place on your device. When you tap Save, ARStain requests Photos Add Only permission if needed and adds a PNG of the drawing to your Photos library. The camera view, AR objects, and app controls are excluded. ARStain does not request permission to read or browse your Photos library and does not upload drawings to a developer server. Your Photos settings, including any iCloud Photos sync, are managed by you and Apple.
Purchases
Premium Birds use a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple StoreKit. ARStain checks verified App Store entitlements and offers Restore Purchases. The developer does not receive or store your payment-card or bank details through the app. Apple processes purchases under its own terms and privacy practices.
Local settings
The app stores a small on-device setting to remember that onboarding was completed. Historical unlock flags may exist from earlier app versions, but they do not grant Premium access; a verified App Store entitlement is required. These settings are not used for tracking.
Developer-controlled data and tracking
The iPhone app does not collect personal data for the developer. It contains no account system, analytics or advertising SDK, tracking code, custom backend, or developer-operated server communication. It does not request location, microphone, contacts, or full Photos-library access.
Retention, deletion, and permissions
ARStain does not persist unsaved drawings in its own storage; they are lost when the app closes. Its local onboarding setting remains on your device until the app is removed or its data is otherwise cleared. To remove a saved drawing, delete it in Photos; it is not deleted by removing ARStain. Apple manages App Store purchase records and any Photos or device backups under your settings. The developer has no app-uploaded personal data to delete. You can change or revoke Camera and Photos permissions in iPhone Settings by finding ARStain. Removing the app removes its local app data from the device.
Support email
If you choose to email support, the developer receives your email address and message outside the app. The message may remain in the support mailbox while your request is handled, subject to applicable legal obligations. You may ask for deletion by emailing alronun@gmail.com; this does not delete Apple-managed purchases or images in your Photos library.
Apple services
iOS provides Camera, ARKit, Photos, and App Store purchase services. Apple may process information required to provide those services under its own privacy terms.
Children and families
Families can use ARStain together. The app does not ask for a name, age, user profile, or family membership. Premium access follows a verified purchase associated with the purchasing Apple Account. Parents or guardians can manage device permissions and purchases. This statement does not claim a legal certification or Kids Category designation.
This website
This static website contains no app-owned analytics, ads, tracking pixels, forms, external fonts, or runtime scripts, and its code does not set cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data and use essential security cookies or scripts to serve and protect the pages. The demo video is hosted with this website.
